I used the word “Urgent” to grab the user’s attention, after the ‘abrupt’ cancellation laid out in the scenario. Need to have the app user react quickly to the event, follow the steps in the app and inform the airline of his or her choices. I upgraded the flight to a business class for the following day. I gave the options to accept/confirm and change/contact in case the user changed her mind.
